Biometrics and Medical Examination

Hi!

Based from the cic website, biometrics are not allowed to be done inside Canada if going to apply for study permit for the first time. Is this also the case for medical examination?

I actually have done my medical examination back in my home country for 5 months now (Dec 12,2018 to be exact), so I am sure this is still valid. Are there any ways for me to attach and upload my information sheet?
Or would it be better if I go to medical clinic here in Canada and let them show my info sheet so they can take care of the rest?
