Biometric submission date is 15 days ahead of the first available appointment date. Will they reject my profile?

I received a biometric collection request in my express entry profile on 26th July 2021. But the first available appointment date in India for biometric was on 8th September 2021. This means there is no way I can get my biometrics done before the deadline. I booked an appointment for 8th September and submitted a web form which stated the given reasons for the delay. I will send the biometrics once I get it done on 8 September, Now my express entry profiles status changed from action required to submitted.
Will they reject my profile ? or they will give me extension.

Should not be a problem. VACs are still accepting expired BILs.
