Biometric request & reservation

I applied PGWP a few weeks ago and received the biometric request, which is valid until March 4th.
Currently, I'm in Vancouver so, I've tried to make a reservation but it's only available on March 6th.

On the biometric request form, it says the application will be refused if I don't collect the biometric before the due date. HOWEVER, I just can't make a reservation before the day.

What can I do?
I will send the web form to explain my situation with the reservation letter on March 6th.

Does anyone have any ideas? Please help me.
