Is there any study permit file that is in the same condition as me? I applied in non sds category on 31st May 2021 and gave biometrics on 28th June. My medical updated on 9th July but biometric hasn’t updated yet! It shows “we have not received your fingerprints”. I raised a webform on 26th July for the same. Are there any similar files? Also, what should be done now?

Hi Sayyed, Even I m in same condition..applied non sds on 13th may ..biometric done on 2nd july...still the status shows "we have not received your fingerprints".I have raised a webfrom to ircc as welll ..got a general revert after 10 days that my application is still in process..
Ghost update- Biometric completed status updated today
Doesn't raising a webform delay the process.. I was thinking of waiting a bit more..
exactly same, applied 16th of may, unfortunately biometrics 22 july, nothing happened ever since.
It seems to have happened to quite a few people.. saw people raising a webform for this on another thread as well.. shouldn't hurt giving it a try I suppose
