First i would like to share with you the status of our application :
e-Aor : 06/08/2019
AOR : 07/08/2019
Medical pass : 28/08/2019
Biometric letter : Not received yet !!!!
my background check : We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.
I think we are in IP2...
First, i dont understand the reason of the delay of receiving biometric letter, do you have an explanation for this ?
secondly, the backgroud check (criminalty and security), can begin without our biometric information ?
Just for more details, we already sent a message to their support and we received a response, a standard response cause i see the same response in many issues :
"Merci d’avoir contacté Immigration, Réfugiés et Citoyenneté Canada. Veuillez prendre note que votre demande est actuellement en cours d’examen et nécessite des vérifications supplémentaires. Par conséquent, son traitement dépassera les délais prévus.
Présentement, nous ne pouvons pas vous fournir de délai précis. Notre bureau vous contactera quand les vérifications seront complétées, ou si de l’information ou des documents supplémentaires sont requis.
Nous apprécions votre patience et compréhension.
