Biometric for PA

Hi Guys,
I have applied for sponsorship on Jun and my application has been received on Jun 21th.
I noticed that they are asking biometric for the Middle east applicants.

• Starting July 31, 2018 – applicants from Europe, Middle East and Africa

Since I applied on Jun, Now I'm wondering should I go through that or not?
