Biometric fee refund

If you did not receive an approval in principle (AIP) for your study permit application prior to completing your biometric enrollment, you will receive a refund of your biometric fees.
You do not need to apply for the refund, it will be automatically processed from our end. We only request you to be patient as we have a large volume of refunds to process.

Ya but that was when u already went for Biometrics. It’s not our fault if Visa offices no opened due to Covid

Why would you receive a refund when your application is approved? Haven't you appeared for biometrics during the process?

My biometric is not done because of the covid.They proceed my application without biometric
