Biometric and PPR for applicant and family living in different coutnry

I am an Express entry applicant and I have already received ITA. I am working in Saudi Arabia and my family is residing in India. As I am about to receive the biometric request and may receive passport submission later date, I would like to know the following to understand the process.

1) Is it possible to give my biometric at Riyadh VAC and my family biometrics at Indian office?
2) Is it possible to submit my passport at Riyadh VAC and my family passport at Indian office?

It is really appreciable if some experienced person guide me in this situation.
