Many people laughed when I said before that the bill c24 will be passed before the end of this tray, I think it will be law in oct to nov 2014

I'm interested in what you are basing your estimates of the changes becoming law between Oct and Nov 2014 on? CIC would be completely within the law to already be making/have made changes to regulations and procedure that support the legislative changes proposed in Bill C-24. There is nothing to say that CIC could enact the law very soon after Royal Assent, unless you think that won't happen until later in the year?

Now! But, I was really wanting to hold out until July as I have a complete 4-year history of residence documented from that date onwards should I get an RQ (i.e. all tenancy agreements etc).

I may be too late anyway as CIC could always apply the new rules when they pass to applications that have been received but aren't In Process in ecas. Oh well, will just have to let things take their course!

At this stage its probably best just to wait and see what is finally in the bill when it becomes law as there are so many conflicting stories.
 
if they were cruel to deny internationals students and past TFWs pre-PR time, you can imagine what state of mind (or non-mind) they are in. Really sad....

And then there are so many other issues where they have basically screwed everyone !
