BIL - Help Needed

Hey, received my BIL on 20th November and gave biometrics on 23rd Nov. They were updated on the portal on the same date. But I have again received the BIL on my IRCC portal and my email on 15th December. What should be done in this case? Please guide. The IRCC portal still says "Biometrics - Completed" since 23rd November.

Raise a webform and explain it there.
some ppl get it again in case if the fingerprints are of poor quality. Plus if they are not charging you for that again I believe giving them again mustn’t be an issue to you. But raise webform first.
