Biking tickets

I am new to the forum.
I am an international student doing a Masters program.

Maybe this is a silly question but I am very curious and somewhat worried?
I got recently a ticket for using my headphones while biking. I payed for the ticket the same day I was fined.
I am willing to request the post-graduation work permit next year when I finish my studies, will this affect a request for the post-grad work permit and/or a further application for PR?
