Yeah - I don't really buy that one. This promise is made by every administration and it never really turns out. They may shorten the processing time for one class - but that then results in longer processing times for another class.

it could also be about the OWP "pilot program". the anniversary date is coming up mid-december. maybe they will announce it will be renewed.
