big confusion... please help

I got admission in Concordia and with the help of relatives i have got a statement of around 2.7 M(plus a year tuition fee) but money is added just a week ago. Now my question is

1) If i waits for 3 months to mature my statement will the IO officers be concerned about how this money suddenly came into my account( even though it was 3 months back).

2) If i apply through RF now and my visa gets rejected (ALLAH na kare) can i then wait for 4 months to get my statement mature and reapply? Will the officer be concerned that why did he initially applied through RF if had the money? Please reply

You will have to show proper proof of funds...in my case, i showed my salary slip for last 3 months, form16 for last 3 years, my father's bank statements, my mother's salary certificate.., and my bank statement for last 6 months....i had a FD of 15 lakhs which was deposited just before one week of visa application..and in my SOP, i added some portion regarding the source of income and how i plan to manage my expenses in canada....
