Hello everyone,

I have a question regarding the proof of funds, my account have some big fluctuations, the problem is that most of the big negative fluctuations are outside of the six months required and then of all a sudden I have a big positive fluctuation on my account (inside the six months), will this look suspicious to CIC even if it is my own money and not borrowed ? please help.

Thanks

You'll need to explain origin of funds in this case because to CIC it might look suspicious

If I add the detail of December 2017 which contains the original sum will it be enough (in the LOE) ? FYI I save nearly 99% of my salary as I have other revenue sources which do not transit through bank accounts, thanks.

Only explain the large fluctuation within the six months period

If your funds are stable from past 3 months, everything will be good. no problem in that.

Hello thanks for the answer.
Two big positive fluctuations in those last 3 months, but again it is my money not borrowed, what should I do ?

Just detail about them in LOE. And attach proof of such transaction.

There is another problem, the truth is that I do a bit of freelancing, my NOC is 2281 and I am employed, in the meantime I do I sell hardware through my personal small business, the biggest fluctuation comes from this as I sold some expensive hardware and I forwarded the money to my personal account, this makes my situation more suspicious, also the biggest positive fluctuation is inside the last 3 months, plus a smaller sum of money transferred to me from my aunt, I have about 40% surplus the target required by CIC and I don’t want them to know about my small business since I declared myself as a NOC 2281, what should I do ? thanks

Hello,

I got my bank balance statement as follow :

Current balance : 41863.10 (nearly half of it will be spent in the near future)
Last 6 months average balance : 20657.91
Required funds : 16000

Will the big difference between average and current balance rise suspicions ? should explain it in my LOE ? thanks.
