BG status; Your application is in progress, we will send you a message when we start your bgs

I received AOR on April 13th, 2017 and my medicals were passed on June 28th. Ever since then my background checks have been stuck and unchanged stating 'your application is in progress, we will send you a message when we start your background checks', its been like that for two months now. I was requested to upload schedule A on July 4th filling my addresses and my activities what I did in time and on August 3rd I was told to upload further documentation pertaining to my foreign stated work experience, it must be noted that initially I only uploaded employment reference letter, I uploaded my old work contract, salary certificate and two business cards of the top 2 executives of my then firm. My problem has been stated above that my background checks are not moving. Upon speaking with the CIC representative I was told my eligibility is still being reviewed and the security/criminality has not yet been started.
I would also provide my personal background; during the time between February 2007 and August 30th, 2008 I worked as a bookkeeper at a small company in Kuwait while I was also attending O levels and A levels. Upon finishing high school I went to Canada in 2008 for under graduate education at York University, upon graduating from the university in 2012 I worked for a year in Canada at two banks CIBC and Scotiabank.
Unfortunately the experience was not continous for year and also it was attained in 2013/2014 which couldn't qualify me for Canadian Experience Class. In addition during applying my student permit since 2008 I neglected mentioning that bookkeeping experience and revealed it now because it qualified me for Federal skilled worker. Can someone provide valuable insight to my case?
