BG status is still "Not Started" after Medicals passed.

Hello there,

I submitted my eAPR on Jan 25 2017 and got medical passed on Feb 15. My BG status (which as not needed before) changed to "Not Started" (You app is in progress the next step is to conduct a bg check). After that there is no change, i am seeing people getting there status change.

Yesterday i got email in response regarding my current visa office, they said its with CPS Sydney Nova Scotia (previously it was with CIO Sydney Nova Scotia).


I don know whats happening, please enlighten
