Which option is better to go Nova Scotia PNP or CEC ? i applied in both category CEC and Nova Scotia PNP , just wondering what would be the best option to go for ?

how much time it will take in federal if apply through PNP?

You already applied for CEC and PNP. In PNP, you will get PNP first and then you have to apply for PR based on your positive PNP. By the time, your CEC application may reached on next level. So in my opinion, your CEC application will get approved first. However, you can always consider PNP as a second option, if something goes wrong with CEC. To be on safe die, of course, that is good decision to apply for the PNP also.
