Best way to carry your money to Canada

can anyone please guide me, what would be the best way to carry money to canada??

Open a new immigrant bank account, carry cash, carry a forex card

Get a bank draft from your local bank in CAD and put the payee as yourself. No one can take the money even it's stolen.

Or

Open a bank account in Canada. Then do a normal telegraphic transfer.

A bank draft will be expensive.

Carry some cash and some money in a Forex card. Open a bank account there and then wire transfer the money in that account. Some banks allow you to open a new account before landing in case you are a new immigrant.
