About me: I am on Work Permit expiring in July 2021 and right now working full time. Before that, my PR application will be in the process. Hence I'll be on BWOP.

About her: She is in her last year of the MBA program in India and will get the job in 2 - 3 months through campus placements.

Situation: We are in relation for 10 years. We haven't seen each other since I came to Canada. So now I was planning for a vacation with her but a thought came to my mind that why not, if possible, let me call her here only. So we plan to get married soon and I want to show her how beautiful and exciting country Canada is. And her birthday is also there in June so kind of want to celebrate together.

Any tips/ suggestions how can I make this possible? Or is this possible even?

Additional info: I live with my brother and he is a permanent resident of Canada.

Are you in a common law relationship? Have you lived together continuously for at least one year of more?

Short answer is that there is no way for you to "call" her to Canada. She will need to apply for a TRV and qualify on her own merits based on her ties to her home country, previous travel history and funds available to travel to Canada.

Note that TRV processing times for some countries are very long right now (250 days).
