Best Way to Arrange/Scan/Upload Docs

1. Are documents scanned from CamScanner without watermark fine or shall I get my docs scanned from a proper scanner.
2. Any good and appropriate YouTube video or post regarding scan and upload of docs? Pls share the link.
3. Any open source information available for step by step completion of PR profile online.?
4. For my work experience, shall i provide the online link (to verify) and reference number of the letter in the index?

1.Use a professional scanner to avoid any sort of image clarity issues .And this task is for your life , we shouldn't take any step for granted .
2.If you have multiple docs ,ex: in education like bachelors degree / WES/ IELTS then try to create a check list first followed by the other documents and scan all together as one document so the officer gets an idea with first glimpse.
