you mean ur agent is in new zealand? wow. you can send it via courier... it's more expensive but you are sure that it will arrive in time..
 
Dont know how i ended up with a agent based in new zealand lol. We were appointed her by the agency,have found this forum more useful than agent :).I will look into couriers just now. Then i will have to wait until she returns everything to london :(.
