Best route to apply

Hi all , would be really grateful if someone can point me in the right direction .
Currently I'm a British citizen with a PR card for the USA (my wife is American) I have been here 9 years but have really had enough ! I go up to Canada frequently to visit friends and really enjoy my time there so I'd really like to move up there with my family Does anyone know where I start in my search to make this dream happen ? Like what visa should I apply for ? Should I bother to get US citizenship or would my British passport be more benefitial ? Thanks for your help

Neither passport is more beneficial. It depends entirely on whether you actually qualify for an immigration stream.
