Hi to all..
I have question regarding about my friend.He is from Mexican who applied for PR in Canada.When he sent out his application for to get PR Status,Immigartion Of canada has refused his case.Refusal case was About his father's death acording to him.Immigaration IO said you father was killed.We need more prove for this matter.He went to Court for hearing but still got refuse.My friend said we dont know who has killed.I also curious why they refused him because of his father killed in his Country?Please any advise for this case?What he "ll do for his next step?Should he talks with some one or if you guys know where he should go or write a letter to IO to tell about this issue that i dont know who killed my father so on?I will be appricate for advice or help.

We need more information about this case to answer.
Was your Mexican friend married to a Canadian, who sponsored him to Canada? Was his application then refused, and he had an appeal, which was also refused?
And what happened to his father? Was he killed in Mexico, and CIC thinks your friend had something to do with it?
