I am wanting to move to Canada to be with my fiancée. We have been together now for two years traveling back and forth every two months or so. I am unsure if the best application for our situation is either work visa, permanent residence application, or familial sponsorship. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated seeing as how ignorant of the process we are.

Thank you!

Best / easiest option would be for her to sponsor you through family sponsorship. In order to sponsor you, the two of you must either get married or become common law. To become common law, you must live together continuously for a minimum of one full year.

You can't do any application until you're legally married or common-law. There is no such thing as a "fiancee" visa.

Depending on your age/country, you can check if you qualify for an IEC/Working Holiday visa to come to Canada and work for 1 year.

Else you can simply come as a visitor and stay (but can't work).
