My self rahul Chaudhari working in Canada (Edmonton) on work permit with Moxies classic grill from 14st Sept 2008.. Sir/madam last year I got married so I want apply for open work permit for my wife & my work permit & visa will expiry date on 15 Sept 2011... My company is extending my work permit for one year, is it possible I can apply for my wife open work permit when ever I will apply for my new work permit from Canada???? Right now she is in India doing a job as a lecture in collage.. She done her education in Master in Health Science ( Dietetics ) From Pune India.... In Aug 2010 I apply for her visitor visa from India & in Oct 2010 from Buffalo both time her visa was reject... Because their is no grantee she will come back to India after her duration...

So please guide which is the good & Garanted way to Come Canada..

First tell me. Are you in Canada on Temporary work permit ? Since how many years living or working in Canada ?

what are the doccuments you have submitted. your wife have to show strong ties to india. thats the only way and cross the fingers.
