COULD ANYONE SUGGEST THE BEST CITY IN CANADA FOR SETTLE MECHANICAL ENGINEERING( MACHINING,CNC,MACHINIST) PROFESSIONALS...

Currently there is nothing you can call the best city, wherever you go the job market is tough, sometime earlier Calgary used to be the lighting candle, however things are different now, everywhere it seems that the job market is kind of stagnant. According to official and unofficial websites it is claimed that currently Toronto and Vancouver have most growth. My advise is to settle in one of these major cities (i.e. Toronto, Vancouver, Montreal (if you speak French) or even Calgary if you have connections there), plan your living expenses wisely as living cost is extremely high (Montreal is an exception as living there is considerably cheaper, however French language is a major barrier). The last advise is to also inspect the availability of proper survival jobs as you may be forced to do it at some point.

From my own experience and knowing friends over there in Montreal, if you need 2,500 CAD to make ends meet - living at the edge- in Toronto and Vancouver, you can do the same in Montreal with 1,500 CAD, a condo that you would rent for 1,200 CAD in these two cities can be found in Montreal for 500-600 CAD only.

Calgary, Edmonton and Toronto. Now job market is down due to low oil prices.
