Being a civil servant and business owner

I applied for study visa and I told them the source of my funds were from my salary and my business account which I showed proof of my business name
I read somewhere in Nigeria law that as a civil servant I am not suppose to be director of a business.
Would that affect my visa application?

Post further questions under international students. Business funds are not included as proof of funds, only personal funds. You are applying for a study permit so not sure IRCC will care about your title.
