Beijing Consulate - sponsoring parent visa/timeline

After many years waiting, we received the email asking that my parents send their passports to the Canadian consulate in Beijing.

Does anyone know how long it takes for them to place the visas in the passports and mail them back? They received the passports over a month ago.
