When did you received the Decision made in your e-Cass?

If we go by CIC's application processing system,"Decision Made" prior to MEDICAL is not a good sign.In the past,similar situation had also come up en-mass.But,eventually it proved to be a technical glitch as informed by THE RESPECTIVE VOS on being contacted by the affected applicants.
I think,we should wait for the official communication from ur VO. Alternatively,U can send case specific enquiry to ur VO in order to know the exact position.
Meanwhile,let us pray for the best.

it seems to be a bad sign but wait for the letter from ur vo. dont panic , itr might be a techncal fault aswell.best of luck
