Work permit like 20 hours per week for student actually i want to go there to find the best accommodation and to gey much familiar with environment. Someone told me that immigration officer will take the passport sometimes for went too early. I dont knw why some sayibg this... i have a valid study visa
You should have no issues entering Canada and having your study permit issued. Make sure you can show that you have enough funds to support yourself in Canada for the two months before your classes start. Remember that you are not allowed to start working part time until your classes start at the end of August. So the CBSA officer may want proof you have enough additional funds to live in Canada for two months without working.

You can come early. You will have to explain and convince the immigration officer that you're not going to start work before your classes begin. If you come 2-3 months before your classes begin then it is advisable to bring a pof or cash of around 3000-4000 dollars for accommodation and other expenses.
Note: it is not mentioned anywhere to bring that money but it is just to justify that you won't be working before your classes start
