I have applied for the EE-Bcpnp and received my ITA almost immediately. Now that I have received it, I realize that all my criteria matches the Tech Pilot program, except for one. My current job here at Canada has 10 months permit and not 12 months. Urghh!
And the tech pilot program specifically mentions 365 days of work offer from the day of submission.
Now my employer has suggested that they might extend the offer at a much later date depending on project periods etc, but I have 30 days to submit the ITA. Should i decline the ITA? Or should I go and persuade my Employer to change my Contract by extending the time to a year? I don't know its pretty confusing. I think the Tech pilot application might get rejected just because of 2 months of less permit.
Any advice would be great!
