I am following this tracker for some time and I am posting a question that has me puzzled and I am hoping I can get some advice here on this forum. Here is my tracker. I applied thru BCPNP in May 2012 and got nominated in June 2012. I am an American though my wife is Iranian. She lives in Iran as we just got married less than a year ago. I was planning to bring to states but had an opportunity from my employer who gave me an option to move to BC. I visited BC several times and thought it was good place to settle down and bring my wife there. The issues are these:
1) Since I am an American I can get a TWP at POE but I don't know how my wife can get here. She needs a TRV (visa). She now has to satisfy the consulate in ankara that she qualifies for TRV.
2) I am reluctant to move to BC with TWP as I am not sure if she will get her TRV
3) How do we satisfy that consulate officer at ankara that if PR goes awry then she will leave Canada?
4) How do she apply in person or sent the application my mail?
5) Anyone in similar situation, please comment as I would appreciate your comments and advice.
