Bcpnp help

Hi there,
would anyone be able to help me out. I submitted my bcpnp application through express entry on 5th sep. In the first week of Nov my employer missed the call from officer and he tried to call them back but there was only a voicemail option. They again call my employer after two weeks but unfortunately he again missed that. After that my employer left voicemail message two or three times but since then I haven’t heard or there is nothing happening with my application. It is showing in process. Not sure what is happening. Its becoming really frustrating. Has anyone got any idea?? Please advise me something.

What is your Noc and under which category you applied?

My Noc is 0621 and category is retail and whole trade managers. I applied as an assistant manager at a gas station as i have got direct experience as an assistant manager at gas station in New Zealand. Have you got any idea what happening to my application?

I am an outland applicant. Right now i am working as a cook and duty manager in New Zealand. I had that experience in the past. And I applied on that basis. Pay rate will be $ 29. What is your timeline? R u inland or outland applicant?
