I am a TFW and got pregnant and I gave birth last July to a baby boy.My problem is my work permit will expire this November and my employer will no longer extend my contract. Is there any option for me to stay or remain legally here in Canada with my son? If i will go back home with my son is he still eligible for the benefits here in Canada since he is a canadian born citizen? Im so depressed and very much worried of my situation and dont know what to do...I want to be remained here in Canada.... PLEASE HELP!
