Hey

I have a job offer of machine operator in food industry .. will i able to apply under PNP after nine month
if yes, What type of questions i should ask the employer to check his eligibility?
On the top of that. What kind of question immigration officer may ask the employer while processing my file

What is your NOC code?

I found - Process Control and Machine Operators, Food and Beverage Processing - NOC 9461.

That is "D" NOC code, unlikely to qualify for immigration.

Please review this website and double check your NOC code.

Thank for reply

But I am in BC
Here they PNP includes C and D category

Please check.. N let me know I am wrong

The BC website is new to me (I live in Alberta), but you need to check two things:

1) Will your employer nominate you? It appears you must have a joint application with your employer (but I could be wrong).

2) Does your job count as "strategic?" I would doubt this part, as warehouse employees are easy to come by. My husband's workplace has no problems finding workers.

I don't understand why people wouldn't read up on the BCPNP website. It has all the information you need.
