BC PNP

Hi,
I am an international student and now i am done with my study. I have done MBA from India and have 1 year work experience as HR Manager too. I have done 8 month post graduate course in Project management from Ontario( Centennial College) . Now my questions are:
1) Am I applicable to apply For BC PNP with 8 month post graduate course from Canada and an employer letter?
2)If yes, the could you please tell me the procedure and processing time?
If no, Then is there any other alternative?

I shall be very thankful to you for reviewing my post and answer my questions.

If you want to apply under BC PNP, you can look at their requirements here: http://www.welcomebc.ca/wbc/immigration/come/work/about/strategic_occupations/international_graduates/who.page? and if you are unclear on something, you can contact them and ask.

Other options would include applying under another PNP depending on where you can get a job or getting a work permit to get your 2 years experience and then applying under CEC.
