I have a question and would appreciate if you can answer it. Does the employer need to also submit documents indicating that they have posted the job and interviewed candidates before offering it to you?

Thanks so much for your answer!

I've read in the guidelines for BC PNP tech pilot that an LMIA is not needed, but wonder if the employer might be asked to prove that they could not find the right candidate (through job postings and interviews).
