I applied for PR via Federal Skilled workers stream, in a joint application with my wife(she is a primary applicant).

02.02.2021 - passed medical check and biometrics
Current status - waiting for the next steps
Since, the entry for people who received COPR after 18.03.2020 is forbidden, I guess the whole process of reviewing the documents for COPR could take a long time.
At the same time, I received a job offer(signed a contract already) from a company based in BC(Vancouver).
Considering, that according to IRCC people with work visas can enter Canada and me complying with requirements for BC PNP Tech Pilot - I can apply for BC PNP Tech Pilot, receive a work permit, and would be able to land in Canada with a work permit and then when my documents for COPR processed - receive PR already being in Canada.
Does it sound reasonable or I'm lacking understanding of some rules and details?
