As per the BC PNP - Regional business norms, an applicant needs to have a net worth of $400,000 and invest $200,000 for atleast 1/3rd equity.

Can two business partners apply for this, investing in a single business, if one owns 35% and the other owns 65%?

If yes, will they need to invest $200,000 or $400,000. Will they need to have a networth of $400,000 or $800,000? What if one of them doesn't meet the networth criteria but can invest the money?

The guidelines say no key staff is allowed. Is there ever any exception made? Thanks.

Each would need to invest $200K and each would need to have a net worth of at least $400K. Exceptions aren't made.
