Hello, I hope you are well and staying healthy amidst this pandemic.

I have a question regarding eligibility for PnP. I have worked at the same employer in BC for 6,5 months last year. I had to stop due to my visa finishing. As I went back and reapplied, I have a new work permit. I came back and restarted working at the same place as before at the start of March. I have never been laid off by my employer as they trusted me when I assured them I would be back. I want to apply for BC PnP program as a delivery driver, I know it is an NOC code C and it requires 9 months of consecutive work.

Would anyone be able to clarify for me whether I would be eligible for that as I have not changed employers? Any response is greatly appreciated.

Thank you kindly in advance lovely people :)

Michael.

No, you are not eligible. You need 9 months of consecutive work. Consecutive means no breaks.
