hello experts,

I have a question about NOC code, do I need to tell them what NOC code I will use in the application form? coz my boss wrote a job description for me, all the contents are related to NOC 1311(bookkeeper and accounting tech) but did not write NOC code, so is government advisor decide what NOC code I will be belong to? or I need to specify my NOC code in the application form? thank you very much.

Yes, you need to specify the NOC code. If your job desciption more or less falls under NOC 1311, then write that on your application.

I can't remember if there's a specific place in the application form to type the code in, but I think I just wrote my NOC in parentheses after my job title.
 
I sent email to them. they said I do not need to write, the advisor will decide which code I will be belong to~~~ :'(

I have a question can we apply for BC pnp after 1 jan 2015...?
It will remain same? Or express entry effect the procedure of BC pnp

Basically express entry system is for federal system... It won't effect PNP in any way laws and everything will remain same ... And note after PNP when ur going to apply PR then u have to apply through express entry there is no other way to get into fedral programs after they lunch express entry in January 2015

means we have to wait in pool like others after getting nomination from pnp to apply for federal?
or we can apply for federal directly same as now

Yes we have to enter into pool even we have PNP but we will get a benefit for having PNP certificate or arranged job letter( through LIMA). We will have 600 extra points for having one of those ..
CIC clearly says that there is no first come first serve any more.. So hopefully this will be better for us... ✌️
As per my knowledge that CIC said that they will surely send an invitation to apply PR to those who have approved PNP and these applicants will be hand picked ...
For more accurate information plz refer to cic's website as I am not a professional in immigration matters... I'm just sharing what I know..

I am submitting my BC PNP application next week and with the increased processing times I will not have my acceptance before my IEC visa expires in May 2015. Are there any options available for me to keep working until I get my acceptance? Would I be eligible to apply for the bridging open work permit or do I need the acceptance from PNP?

As I heard that you need to have BC PNP acceptance in order to get Support Letter to get new or extend your current Work Permit.

My NOC is 5121 Authors and Writers. For applying BC Tech pilot, do i need to have a job offer?

I have grade 12 education plus Trade certificate from Rural Development of Govt of Haryana- India for 1 year.

Will I be consider with 11 points for education or 2 for non-trade certificate. Planning to apply as Construction worker

Any education agency like WES, do you think can evaluate/assess Trade education in Canada

Also if I do assessment for my education, can i get extra 4 points (WES). I know, WES will not assess trade certificate.
