hi i am inder . i am working as a truck driver . i want to know that how they calculate your pay and pay points. they calculate it like how much we are earning or how much is on your contract of LMIA . actually on my LMIA they are paying me 23.50 per hour and as a truck driver we must have to work 60 hours a week and pay should be $1410 per week and of 52 weeks it comes to 73000 approx . but m not earning this much because sometimes truck broke down , sometimes work is slow (have no loads) and sometimes have to take off for another work at home . m earning approx 50000 a year after deducting tax. so my question is that the bc pnp, will count for 50k or 73k . my representative put 73k for registeration .. need help please.. i will be very thankful.☺️

Your income is always counted as whatever your earn before taxes. Everywhere. So your income is 73000.
