BC PNP - Business Is there a minimum amount?

Just looking at the BC PNP business page and it lists a range of Eligible businesses, and terms such as "Business must be profitable" however it doesn't mention anything about a minimum startup amount like most of the other provinces. Am I right to assume that there isn't an actual amount needed upon startup and it all depends on the business plan?
