Basic PR question

Hi Folks,

My first post might be a redundant one, but thought to know the latest news.
I am an IT professional with close to 7 years of experience in SAP currently residing in india.
Is there a way i am eligible to apply for PR without a job offer in canada.

SAP falls under 2171. I am an SAP consultant too. And that is not in the eligible list of occupations.

Yes 2171 is not on the list of eligible occupations.
2174 can be used if experience is in SAP ABAP.

I see that you applied under 2171, what module are you in?

I am into SAP BASIS

I'm afraid there is no category for SAP Basis under Federal Skilled Worker program.

Please google Canada Provincial nominees and see if any provinces offer an option for IT System Administrators.
Read the job description for categories and see if something fits.

Also, I do not wish to discourage you but SAP Basis doesn't really have a good market in Canada. I would also consider Australia.

Sorry but I have not explored province nominee option. You'll have to go through each one yourself.

The ony way you would be eligible in Ontario for the provincial nominee prograw would be if you studied here ie international student with job offer or masters program. So i guess you are not eligible for Ontario PNP. Not sure about other provinces though.
