Basic Police Certificate Questions

Hi everyone! Could you help me to see whether I got the following points right?

background:

• from European country (went back once this year for 3 weeks)
• moved to US in 2012, left US in 2018, (went back twice this year for 2 weekends)
• Currently live in Canada

I have the certificates for my home country and US with a January 2022 date. I went back to both countries AFTER I got the certificates. To my understanding, this is all good?

Also, as I currently live in Canada, I do NOT need to provide a police certificate?
