Hello,

I came from India as an International student and currently working on my PGWP.

I have decided to file my PR under FSWP with the help of my Indian work experience.

My query is will my file go to New Delhi after being processed at CIO-Nova Scotia?

and if my file is to get rejected, in how many months should i get the reply?

You can choose which office you want. Since you have been living in Canada (and assuming you will live there for at least another year), you can choose Ottawa as your VO.

Depends on at what stage it will get rejected. If at the initial stage (completeness check), then you will get your application returned to you in 3-4 months without fee charged.
