Hi Friends.

Please has anyone observe or experience "excessive" processing delay with Based PNP PR application process from Etobicoke office of IRCC? This is because my Based PNP PR application has been under process in the office since 10th Sept 2020.

I received additional document request on 23rd August 2022, this was submitted on 5th September 2022. Upfront medical completed and result sent to IRCC on 23rd August 2022. Since then, no further communication.

Many people have faced terrible delays especially at Etobicoke & Winnipeg offices. They are two of the worst and I'm sorry you ended up there. It looks like your application is now at 26 months with no decision, when the indicative processing time is 22 months. I would ask your MP to step in and help, email your concerns to IRCC and call them as well.

Sadly your only choice to force IRCC's hand is to take them to court, but that in itself takes months/years. Let's hope they render a decision on your file by Christmas.
