Barcodes not generating

Hi Everyone,

We're filling everything out right now after months of preparing for this week.
We're trying to get the barcodes to show up and nothing. My spouse is a designer and has Acrobat Pro on his Mac and I have it on mine. It won't let us sign the documents and when we try to 'edit to add barcode' it says,"can not edit form due to it's security setting"
We both have macs. Help!

-does only IMM1334 require barcode page?

It just says that the form has been validated and nothing changes..
No barcodes are generated..

Could be the Mac bug. First try saving and closing it and re-validating. If that doesn't work, try dl'ing an older version of an Adobe Viewer for Mac.

Once installed, right-click > open with (Assuming that's the same in mac as it is in Windows)

Really starting to get frustrated and stressed here..

Have no idea why these barcodes aren't generating,
does it have to be signed?
It's saying that we can't generate a barcode because the PDF is secured, but it downloads as a secured PDF...

Can we generate a barcode without signing it?
What do we do?

So the old version didn't work for you? Also try the one on the Immigration link. I guess you'll have to borrow a PC.

We phoned in and asked what we should do and they advised us it isn't at all mandatory to provide the bar codes.
