i have tried several time to validate my IMM 5257 form but the barcode is not showing. instead i see IMM5257_11-2013_3 in five places. Should i submit my form like this. i have resisted my laptop many times dowloading javascript and enabling it. i am applying from Ukraine.

I would say no, but try. The website has a validation when you upload the pdf. If it is accepted then you are good to go.

Have you tried to download, fill it in and validate it on another pc?

thanks a lot for all your suggestions. i tried to fill the form using internet explorer and the barcodes appeared. all the while i was trying ot on my macbook's safari.

Hi,
i got 5 different codes like IMM5257_11_2013_1, IMM5257_11_2013_2, IMM5257_11_2013_3, IMM5257_11_2013_4, IMM5257_11_2013_5 when i validated the form.
Each time when i made change and validate i got the same numbers. is it alright to have same bar code numbers each time when i make change to the form?
i believe these numbers(IMM5257_11_2013_1) are unique for each application, even though bar code numbers are.

lets say if i want to check my application status through email, can these numbers are useful?
