Barcode page

Hi
I am submitting my wife sponsorship application, but she did not send me the barcode page when she printed her part and signed. CIC want it how important is that? I have the forms in my computer which we completed can I just print again and do I have to print it from each validation forms or just from one form, if its from one form from which one should be?

They will probably return your application. The new barcode is considered part of a 'complete' application package.

I am assuming you are applying from outland.
The two forms that you need to validate and will produce barcode will be IMM0008 (Generic App) and IMM1344 (Undertaking).
You will need to include the barcodes for both of these as this will help CIC for a faster and more accurate transfer of your data.
Also, when you put them together, make sure the barcodes are on top of the forms.

If she still have it by any chance there if she scanned or fax it will this be okay with CIC?

I actually had the same question while I was working on my spouse's application (a few months ago), so I called CIC to confirm, and they told me it's not necessary. If you want to be 100% positive, I'd suggest you give them a call and take the agent's ID number&name for your own records
